Graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Business Administration. Worked in corporate sales and management before starting Peak Construction in 1994. Worked many different construction jobs from laborer, equipment operator, roofing installer, and estimating prior to starting his own company.

 Chris Riehle – Sales Estimator/Project Manager
Has worked in construction for over 15 years, is a master carpenter and woodworker. Chris attended Dutchess Community College and has been through training at JLC (leading construction event in New England), NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry), and Xactimate (estimating software).

 Jake Eberling – Project Manager
Degree in residential and commercial construction from MCC WeMoCo trade School. Has over 20 years experience in construction, as well as industrial, commercial and residential electric. Jake is licensed in HVAC with an EPA certification. Also licensed in Putnam and Westchester Counties with his Home improvement license, and licensed in the state of New Jersey with his builder and home improvement license.

 John O’Brien – Director of Human Resources/Purchasing Manager
Degree in Finance from Mercy College. Worked in corporate finance and management for more than 15 years. Has been a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor every year since then. Has been doing bookkeeping and finances for Peak Construction since 2005.

 Jason Giannoni – Field Production Manager/Mitigation
Graduated from Boston College Caroll School of Management. Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. Jason has over 15 years experience in home renovations and property management. Additional experience in sales and insurance. |
 Carisa Smith – Office Manager
AS degree in Business Administration from Delhi and BS degree in Accounting from Utica. Carisa has over 8 years experience in Accounting, as well as experience in Human Resources and as an Office Manager. Carisa is also a licensed notary. |
 Sabrina Giannoni – Customer Relations/Marketing
Graduated from Berkeley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Has been through Duct Tape Marketing program (small business marketing coaching and consulting). Worked in Human Resources, Administration and Home Restoration before joining Peak Construction. |
 Stephanie Riehle – Production Manager/Inside Sales
Stephanie attended Sage College and Marist College and has been through JLC training (leading construction event in New England), as well as Xactimate training (estimating software). Stephanie has a background in administration and scheduling. |
