Description: Renovation of Registered Historical Structure. Gutted building, installed steel support frame to reinforce post and beam framing.
Replaced siding. Built out 3rd floor space for dance studio. Reinforced floor framing for 100lb per sq ft loading. Sonaspray acoustic treatment, plaster crown molding, electric radiant floor heat, stage step sprung floor with Marley covering. AMX driven controls with Lite Touch lighting controls.
