Already have - helped install a water line to my fridge and rebuilt chimney cover free of charge. Things like that secure life-long customers!

Very much. The work crew was very professional, accommodating & very neat. Clean up after every work day was a nice surprise, even though Bill had promised this when I first met with him. Bill & Stephanie were great - very patient with all my emails and requests and thoroughly followed up on everything in a timely manner.

In what way do you feel Peak Construction could improve?

Moving of furniture. Should take more care to use slings to lift furniture to make moves easier.

Would you recommend Peak Construction to a friend?

Absolutely! Will re-use them myself when the need arises.

I'm sure at some point down the road I'll need Iain to return to sand and Tung-oil the remaining interior log walls.

Why did you hire Peak Construction?

We first worked with Peak in 2009 on an old barn renovation. Every other contractor wanted to just tear this old building down. They had no interest in a renovation. Bill took one look and said it was worth saving). Today we have a completed project that houses a 2 car garage, music studio & cabana room. The before & after is truly amazing.

Listen and then give good feedback/suggestions.

What do you find yourself simply putting up with in this industry?

A lack of response to inquiries and poor workmanship by some.

What could we do that would thrill you?

We are so happy with our barn that is hard to say...

We are very satisfied. Every Peak employee or subcontractor was helpful and courteous. The work site was always clean & safe.

Yes - and I already have.

Not at this time. If the budget allows in a few years, I would love to redo some of the windows on the house with period work (house built in 1822).
