I was most pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this project was executed for such a large and complex job. I would recommend Peak Construction without hesitation. You and the (Owner’s) should know that from my perspective it is a treat to visit a site where there is an abundance of good vibes being given off about the work being done . . . and Union Hall is and has been giving off those vibes whenever I have been on site . . . clean, organized, protected (building materials and open/vulnerable areas of the building), safe . . . with a lot of forethought about what is coming next. So thank you for your part in bringing this about . . . it’s a plus plus plus . . . for one and all! Bill, All is going well and your crew has been fantastic and pretty clean despite the messy task at hand. They have been good about cleaning at the end of each day so that we may have kitchen access for the eve. Bill, I just want to say thank you - it was an absolute pleasure to work with you. It was the most painless experience I've ever had with a contracting firm - I will never again dread taking on a home improvement project now that I have found Peak Construction. It's been a great experience from the initial call to the actual work. Joe and Luis worked hard and were courteous and respectful. My basement looks great!
What a great job! Done in a timely manner. Clean up was great. Follow through was awesome. Definitely spreading your name. Thank you for the great job on my roof. I left for work and the crew was ripping off the old roof and it looked like one big mess. I returned home to find one beautiful new roof and no mess. Very professional.
